Dr. John S. Lybarger has over sixteen years experience in executive coaching, leadership training, career management consulting, and marital and family therapy. He is a former faculty member of Loma Linda University, School of Medicine in Family Psychiatry, Past-President of The California Association for Marriage and Family Therapists, Orange County Chapter, a Clinical Member of the American Association For Marital and Family Therapy and a Professional Member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

He earned the Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy degrees at California Coast University, the Master of Science degree in Counseling at California State University at Fullerton, and the Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Education at Biola University. He received his Paralegal Certificate from the American Bar Association approved training program at The Denver Paralegal Institute and his business and domestic mediation certificates from The Center For Solutions in Denver, Colorado. He is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California and holds certificates from the National Board for Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor, and The American Academy of Health Care Providers in the Addictive Disorders as a Certified Addictions Specialist.

He has created and implemented corporate human resources initiatives for numerous Fortune 500 clients in telecommunications, financial services, consumer products, and transportation industries that improved job fit, improved employee competency, created inclusive workplace cultures, and reduced employee turnover and employee theft. He has designed numerous management courses and facilitated over 400 corporate training programs with over 7,000 Fortune 500 front-line employees to senior level executives throughout the United States and Canada including clients such as Hewlett Packard, The Home Depot, Procter & Gamble, US West, Ryder, Charles Schwab, and FMC Corporation.

Dr. Lybarger is a biographee in Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in American Education. He currently resides in Westminster, Colorado with Marjorie, his wife of twenty years and his two children, Ashley and Ryan.
