Anger: A feeling toward an individual or person, usually hostility or great displeasure.

Attitude: The filter through which an individual sees the world.

Behavior block: An action that interferes with constructive resolution of conflict.

Betrayals: An individual or person that is unfaithful or unloyal.

Conflict negotiator: An individual that facilitates agreement or a satisfactory resolution of conflict.

Cooperation: Individuals realize they are successful when others succeed and are oriented toward aiding each other to perform effectively.

Criticism: Adverse judgment or evaluation of another individual.

Interdependence: Dependence and support for individuals or groups.

Miscommunication: When words or information are not transmitted or exchanged properly.

Dimensions: The scope or extension of an issue.

Principle: A concept or technique for implementation.

Difficult people: Individuals that bother us, have shortcomings and weaknesses.
